Toyotomi

Toyotomi is an all-you-can-eat hot pot place located in Richmond. Even though the main feature of the restaurant is their hot pot, my friends and I come here primarily for the sashimi that is available on the AYCE hot pot menu. It should be noted that the sashimi cannot be ordered alone; it comes with the hot pot. Not only is the sashimi deliciously fresh, the presentation of the seafood on a huge bowl of ice is quite impressive. During this visit, we ordered the Japanese Beef Bone soup base. I really like this soup because the flavours are subtle and sweet.
