Toyotomi

Toyotomi is an all-you-can-eat hot pot place located in Richmond. Even though the main feature of the restaurant is their hot pot, my friends and I come here primarily for the sashimi that is available on the AYCE hot pot menu. It should be noted that the sashimi cannot be ordered alone; it comes with the hot pot. Not only is the sashimi deliciously fresh, the presentation of the seafood on a huge bowl of ice is quite impressive. During this visit, we ordered the Japanese Beef Bone soup base. I really like this soup because the flavours are subtle and sweet.

This actually isn't very spicy at all but the sauce is really yummy.

At the end of our meal, the total comes to about $30 per person, which isn't bad for all you can eat hot pot AND sashimi. Toyotomi has become one of my favorite places for AYCE and I would recommend this restaurant to any sashimi lovers in a heartbeat.
