After a quick look at the menu, I went with a combo of the Tonkotsu Ramen and Nigiri Bomb ($10.50). When the spicy version of the ramen is ordered, the waiter brings out a small container of hot sauce so that you can adjust the spiciness of the noodles to your liking. The slices of pork were very tender and just falls apart in your mouth while the soup was pretty good, although there could have been more.
The Nigiri Bomb comes with two rice balls that are mixed with seasoned seaweed and teriyaki sauce. I didn't think these were anything special and I wouldn't order this again.
The restaurant is pretty simple with both the modern decor and it's menu and makes for a nice place to hang out and have a meal. In any case, if I ever need a ramen fix while in the Metrotown area, I know where I will be headed to from now on.
